What file formats can you take?

We currently only accept Press Ready, CMYK, 300dpi, PDF files. For further explanation please check out our Art Specs Q and A

What's included in your 24-hour turnaround time?
All 11x14 and 11x17 complete jobs (art, payment and mailing lists [if applicable]) received before 3pm ET will be ready to ship 24-hours (1 business day) later. For example, if we receive your art, payment, and clean, merge/purged mailing list [if applicable] by 3pm on Tuesday, your order will be ready to ship at 3pm on Wednesday. This turn-around time is NOT applicable for odd-size jobs, Key Mailers, or any job that requires finishing services including but not limited to: peforations, folds, scores, binding, die-cutting, and numbering do not apply.

24-hour turnaround time only applies to 11x14 and 11x17 bi- and tri-folds.

What shipping options do I have?
We primarily ship with, PL, and we do not offer third party billing for shipments. All of our products are shipped "blind" by default. We are not responsible for shipping errors.

What payment options are available?
Due to our quick turnaround, all orders must be prepaid. We accept only Visa and Mastercard. If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please the check to us and fax us a copy of the check and the tracking number of the overnight package to expedite your order.

Can Dealer Direct Advertising design my work too?
Yes! Choose from the left-side navigation bar.

Can you print jobs that are different sizes than you have listed?
Yes! Please choose "Custom Quote" from the left-navigation bar and describe in great detail your project. Please allow an additional 1/8" for any bleeds. Why are your prices so low?
Because we are a "gang run" style print company, we are able to offer lower prices than our competition. We print the day's orders on a 20"x26" or 28"x40" sheet and cut the jobs apart in order to reduce the costs of making plates and other fixed setup charges. Does your job need special attention? No problem! We can do extras such as perforations, folding, scoring, binding, die-cutting, and more!

How can I send you a print job?

You can upload/FTP your projects via our online system!

What kind of paper do you use?

All min-FLYERS/INSERTS, postcards, and business cards are printed on 12 point, white, card stock. Brochures and are printed on either 80# or 100# text weight paper. Our color copier items such as , color copies, and posters are printed on 70# Offset Opaque (/color copies) and 11x17 posters. Posters are then laminated.

How long will it take to get my order delivered to me?

Flat aqueous and uv coated products ship 2 business days after it is submitted and paid (a 24hour rush is available). If your project require finishing such as folding, scoring, die-cutting, perforations, or numbering then please allow up to 3-4 additional working days. All mailers, non-postcard style, will be printed on eitehr 70# or 100# stock, based on the shipping location.

What types of media do you accept?
We prefer you to upload your order through the online ordering system, or via ftp or email. But we will accept a Mac or PC CD. We do not accept zip disks.

Is there an extra charge for bleeds?
No. Unlike many other companies, all our prices include full bleeds free of charge. The bleeds should be at least 1/8" all around.

What do you do?

How do I place an order and have my graphic designer upload my files separately?
During the ordering process, type "upload later" or "email" in one of the boxes for the files. Then have your graphic designer UPLOAD ART button in the left navigation bar. You will need your Order ID.

How long will it take to upload my files?
Uploading may take a very long time depending on your connection speed. You can check the bottom of your browser for a status bar. If you are using AOL, please keep your e-mail open. Uploading appears to be inactivity and AOL will disconnect you.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
Select "Email me my username and password" in the upper right column, and your password will be emailed to you.
